N82 dual sim - GSM-Forum

to all infinity users and infinity team,please tell me what happened with my chinese nokia n82? both sim is working ,but when others are calling me in second sim,I can not unswer as if touch screen not working and with green button the same.what is these? anybody knows?

hello!

i would advice: format FFS safe, and if not helping- complete.
also worth to try to change IMEI in second phone part

hello!

hard to say without knowing your phone connector type.
but first of all you must start from checking for marked test points on PCB.
sometimes under backside sticker
