n95 8gb china no signal help...

action taken:

sp unlock using infinity no luck
format using infinity no luck
change imei still the same
reflash still no luck..

any one help.....

history:

this is a brand new n95 8gb china came from the other country
when the owner brought this phone here in the phillipines no service or no signal..

Did you tried to make 112/emergency call without sim card ?

yes sr., i have the same problema with N95 8GB CHINA, CPU MT 6225, and i already tried to make a emergency call 112 without sim and say: UNABLE TO CONNECT. please iam in Colombia, I need please your help. the phone has dual band 900/1800.
