Similar problem with 2 handsets of the same kind (SciPhone L88) It shows Emergancy at both sims. 112 can be called without problem. IMEI change can be processed, but no effect at this defection. The same firmware works perfectly on other phones. Safe, complete or whole format also doesn't help. After flashing thousands of Chinese cell phones, I never met similar problem.
