|  Need Attention of Infinity Support Team Several times I noticed when I do the download in support area, why every time I download one file but have been counted more than once. Like last night, when I downloaded the Main installation package that has been divided into 10 files. At night I can only download up to section 7. And the rest have to wait for tomorrow. Though the limit for the download is 20 times per day. And today I download the rest. I downloaded 3 files but already counted 10 files. I am sure not only me who experienced this problem. Maybe you could explain how the calculations. Or if there are problems on the server may be your team can fix it. Regards ... DJ Sutanto |

| hello! i think your browser uses some download accelerators which split file to different parts while downloading. Each part is counted by our server as separate file |
