1. Power Off Phone , Remove battery , Insert back
2. Insert USB cable. In some cases require hold BootKey

Hello. It secured phone : LOCKED with CUSTOM BL
Try unlock bootloader via FastBoot mode ( Secuirty tab )

You must check, if bootloader unlocked successfully or not.
Make "info" again.
