HI SIR PLZ HELP ME

ALL MY LOVE STORY DNT MIND

I GOT NKTEL M2800 DUEL SIM THE CUSTOMER CAME ND SAID TO MY YOUNGER BROTHER

dat it doesn't call from 1 sim the 2nd sim is working ok nd he can receive call from dat sim

simply he reset to factory setting from phone setting
nd after reseting the fone was showing touch colibration on screen nd the touch pad is damedge fulty broken doesn't work only keypad is working

i formate using infinity box in safe mode no luck

then in complete mode same again no luck

then i repaired security area no luck

then i colibrate touch screen no luck i tried 2 / 3 mode but no luck after all i formate whole flash chip the fone gone dead i flashed fone with same version but still dead with power supply the fone is going 00.03 then 00.00

just i want my fone alive plz infinity team tell me how shall i flash fone step by step how many file i need i flashed with only 1 file which is only 8mb size

hello!

you did not make backup? what is phone Original software version?

if you save your infinity shell log when you format the phone , there search file version & phone file name & download from infinity support erea & flash phone with downloaded file, if you face any trouble then post log,

lol it took me ages to get to ur real problem mate

better jus tell the problem u facing mate..

See i can help u with it mate 1st wat u want is to find the REAL FIRMWARE on the fone n that u can find by the log..

Read that log it will tell u the exact FLASh file for ur fone n then search it on Infinity support.. not that tough if u know wot to do..

Post log if u got mate..

Hi all

@ d end of the day i done the fone was nktel m2800 in support area there r 2 files sam name i flashed fone with same file after flashing only 1 file main firmware the fone alive bt same touch colibration i done touch colibrate usin mode 1 no luck

mode 2 same no luck

mode three verifying writing done but same

mode 4 successfull nd fone is working good thanks infinity team for good help
