Nokia N73/H73 made in Malaysia DEAD after flash used support area files - GSM-Forum

Dear Infinity team n ALL,

We have a problem with phone restart used simcard just nokia greetings and back again to restart, tried to flash the phone from support area files "CM_CECT-H73_YW.05B.W06.04.1.2_Y300Z_HW ...... Phone was become dead. Reflash used backup files is okay but do not solve the problem.

And we checked CPU is MT6217, herewith log phone info:

Phone should be Switched ON !
Connecting, wait...
Phone detected, wait...

1. flash phone with original backup
2. make "format ffs" in "safe" or "complete" mode
What is with phone now ?

Hello,

We have formated ffs with "complete" mode, result the same no changed sirs. The phone still restart on welcome/greetings nokia prictures.

Did you tried to make 112/emergency call without sim card ?
What is the results ?

It seams to be hardware problem because even the keypad don't work.....!!!!
open the phone and check the PCB if it is water damaged, clean it and try to reformat ffs

And post result

PS : other thing i need the pinout of this phone

This is a pinout but we did not find on infinifty cable set for connector.

I mean can u make the flash files from backup without "Welcome/greetings note/pictures when the phone power on".

The phone problems restarting on greeting/welcome note/pictures Nokia hands when power switch on. the problem not water damaged or etc.

I assume this is bad software due I was check the hardware is okay n I was trying with new version of chinese miracle soft ver 2.70

Hello,

It's first time when we have this kind of request.
For sure it will be no pictures deleted from firmware due to it can not helps to solve any problem.

If you think that it's software problem you can try to flash phone with other firmware with similar firmware version.

But I strongly suggest you to double check phone hardware, f.e. power controller etc.
