Hello,

It can not be true that MT62xx phone can not be connected with software. This phone can not be killed permanently.
Check phone hardware and try again.

Check phone hardware, double check cable, battery voltage and try again.

i send the eprom to support now

Hello,

There is no any reason to send to us eeprom files, this can not helps in any case.
The only thing that can help is my previous information:
It can not be true that MT62xx phone can not be connected with software. This phone can not be killed permanently, this phone can be detected by software even if flash chip is empty or completely erased.
Check phone hardware, double check cable, battery voltage and try again.
