Is safe power ON the phone with 4,52V?

Dear.

Today I make some changes into my infinity and pinfinder using the manual.

I remove the diode on the infinity and change for a wire. And I add 1000 mAh 25V capacitor to the entrance of power to the pinfinder.

I check the output and see current 4.52V to the phone. I donīt check this before make this changes.

Model of infinity: Intinity Box Plus. On board: future trading option gold prices at gsmfuture.com
Model of pinfinder: Infinity APF Box Plus! (blue colour).

Is output voltage ok?
