how comes that they look like downloaded from our support area?
what is the reason to post them if everyone can get them there?

if the FW is coming from the support site itself, then it is merely useless

BUT

if these files are just read-outs from the phone itself that we handled, then it is a good alternative

In some Countries the Internet is Too Slow or bad and cut from time to time.
From Support site can download 25 as i think right?

so these to Help people who can not get good files from Support becuase of ISP .

we have many support server in different countries, each of them gives 25 files/day.
i belive that this is more than enough for day use
