TECNO DP7CPRO Hanks after CM2 USER RESET - GSM-Forum

Hi
members Kindly check the info below and give me instructions on how to solve my problem , i just used reset userlocks button on CM2 as fone owner has a fogoten password but after fone refuses to on..and hanks on tecno screens and android upgrade reboot and so on....Will be glad if any of u can poin out the exact file by the info shown below to flash the set back to normal...

Hello. Recover data with forensic tab and then make factory reset. Next time follow instruction in SW.

i had the same issue with this tablet
after clicking Reset UserLocks on UserData / Rorensic
i had this unit hang on TECNO boot animation

Thanks to JayDi after using FULL FACTORY RESET (ALL)
on service tab, my problem solved
