Ucall chines phone asking for input sim NP code? - GSM-Forum

hi team i have very strange problem i have Chinese phone Ucall M108 when i put the sim card it saying input sim1 np code even when i put in sim 2 saying input sim2 np code whats should i do i try to unlock sim lock stil same i try to format the phone stil asking for code? here is my format long
