hello!

yes, GND is that one which gives Beep and show "0" when you measure test point against phone GND.
it is better to solder this resistor back, it might be pull up resistor for Tx or Rx

okay. this is what i got when i press the power button and test:
1- not constant
2- 2.8v (starts at 2.789 then settles at 2.8)
3- 2.853v
4- 0.656v
5- 3.56v
6- 0v (GND)
7- 60.6v (YES, 60.6 VOLTS. That wasn't there before the resistor thing fell off)
8- 40.9v
9- 40.9v
10- not constant

BEFORE the resistor fell off, i got these readings:
1- 2.815v
2- 2.839v
3- 2.846v
4- 3.310v
5- 3.346v
6- 0v (GND)
7, 8, 9, and 10- 0v.

So after it fell off, does pin 1 matter anymore? Can i still flash it?

hello!

i think you must start from pins 2 & 3
connect box pin 8 to phone GND.
box pin 2 to phone pin 2
box pin 3 to phone pin 3

attach battery and try to boot phone.
if it will not boot-
change with places (sawp) pin 2 & 3.
you will get
connect box pin 8 to phone GND.
box pin 3 to phone pin 2
box pin 2 to phone pin 3
try to boot again
