WG5 touchscreen calibration

Well this is may be new model phone, bcs i cant find it anywhere.
Come to me with touchscreen working just in right side(when i press right-> indicates that i press in full left side). So calibration was fvcked.
Used all methods of calibration. Just on auto mode - calibration was disabled - i press anywhere on whole screen and just vibrating.
Tried ffs format all modes, then calibration -> same state.
When i formatted whole flash chip - phone dead.

I dont want to dissable touchscreen , i just want to calibrate it.
How to get calibration setting, phone have just 3 buttons.

Any suggestions are welcome

hello!

restore phone to initial state by writing back backup.
after this is done access to phone settings and run "touchscreen calibration".
calibrate screen manually, by tapping test points

access to phone settings and run "touchscreen calibration" -
impossible for now (touchscreen not function, just vibrate on touch)
Not any other buttons just 3 down, and volume up&down.

need factory reset by software

btw this a new firmware not in your database
