ZTE S315 Read / Unlock Problems

Dear Infinity Team,

I need unlock this phone model but I get this problems, herewith logs:

And I get different information about pinout from ur side, see :

but I tried not works pinout, pinfinder ver 1.20 found it pinout as follows:
