6300 version 5.00 iam unlocking uid not unlock . iam downgrade 4.70 but same problem . pls help me

if there is spanion chip inside
then u need to convert it to 5200
and unlock

its Good then ..... GND position always plays a great Role in infinity.... Restarting of phones mostly solved by the GND Positioning

Can you post here the location you put GND ?

Personnaly I always solder GND across to the flash chip on the shielding can.
