I can't open files from first post - "file is not valid POF format" in any programmer SW (ALL11, xeltek or elnec). I try unpack it with winrar but no success. Please for good POF file.

Both files in the first post are 100% working and tested.

It seems that files are wrong packed. I just download from other PC and result is the same. After unpack are too small 31945 bytes for "Working" file.
Anyway after programm file from other good UID into altera IC, box still doesn't work. The only change is that LED light red, after power conected (before light only very very poor). Can be program content on PIC16F76 damaged too? Thanks for any advise.

I will check the files again, no u cannot reprogram or read the PIC bcz it is protected.

What problem actually is ur box giving.??

why this problem why dont be fixed before unskilled people they can dump this box.
i have this box almost 3 weeks i dumpt it due to this reason that i do not know how to programm ic and where to get ic, and it is very cost to return to resseller and we do not know if our reseller can help us

Box is almost dead. BB5_updater.exe find the box, but without Box ID, VER, REV. This place is clear. Save HW config -> error open HW channel. Update HW -> write error at address...
What is the file firm.bin ??? It is not a dump for Altera IC and of course even not for PIC. What is backed up after press "Save HW config" ???

For this problem u have to program the U20 (Epcs1) with any of the attached file, but if it is still not showing the BOX ID than check the PIC16F76 is it seated properly in the base.

Sometime BB5_updater shows same error if the PIC16F76 is loose or not connected properly.

The file "working.pof" is not good, the other one i tried and programmed, but still my box is not showing serial and not able to update ... any idea?
