you are lucky guys, because for me this box dead long time ago during update, and nobody (from support) help to fix. i buy this box 700 $... ....

maybe server is up but think to that:
when you provide an expensive box and a software to update this box and the update software kill the box (without end user mistake), i think it not professional at all to do NOTHING for customer who give 700$ for this DEAD BOX.
So sure if this box not dead yet, she sould die!

By contrary the the update do not kill the box, you need to read the manual in order to do proper update, if you will check the support forum, you will see it is not server or box problem, surely the server update do not kill the box.

i says that because my box die during update, and i have carrefully read the manual before update.So i know somme people fix this by soldering chip on a working box, but me i have only 1 box....
