I forgot to mention that the problem is that I am unable to unlock any phone now. I have tried 6280, 6233, 6234, 5200, 5300, 6300 and all the time I cannot get the code to go to the phone... Always stuck at the same point, only the counter going to 3/3. Could someone from support tell me teh fault and how to cure it?

I am using DSS and have updated my box almost everyday for the past week, but still cannot unlock. I have checked the cables and they are all OK. I am sure it is a problem with the box itself.

if u have any friend having uid box then contact with him.unlock phone on his box then many things will be cleared for u.
