No code message says CSCA server working, is this true? - GSM-Forum

This is the message I received:

No Code For The IMEI(35575502XXXXXXX) In Server.
****Please Select CSCA Unlock Option,It's Working Now.****

As well, are the unlock codes updated frequently? Should I check for an unlock code again next week if the CSCA server is not running?

Should I assume the message that the SEKing Server has given is incorrect?

If so, I need to return the phone to my customer.

if no codes,you must use csca server.
