problem with username and pass - GSM-Forum

I have just buy some logs to AllGsmUnlock but when I go to change the password in the software I get this error
please can someone helpme

Seking S1 Unlocker(v1.07)
Use Serial Port Only: J132 K330 T250 T280 Z320
Use Serial or DCU-60: F305 R300 R306 S302 T303 W302

[ --- Change Password --- ]
Connecting server...
Connecting Server Via Line 2 ...
Connect to server success.

The server is down.

Try changing the option from csca to imei, and then trying to change the password that way?
