5300b rm-147 tmobile v4.51 imei corrupted after unlock

first time that this case happen to me
i was unlocking a 5300b rm-147 atb v4.51 tmobile product code 0515264
after few attempts phone not recognize by box, i closed appl and reopen and same issue, i tried to turn on phone in testmode conected to box and dead, after i tried to check it with jaf and when i was flashing the 4.51 version i saw that the rpl backup says imei 123456098... but the phone came ok and the unlock procedure was as usual but using v041 exe unlock v1. the phone doesnt turn on.
i thought to use the erase option reflash and after try to restore bin file imei from box (since i didnt plug it before to jaf so i dont have other backup), but i think before doing that if its posible to write the original imei with bb5 box option of write pm308 to the 12345.... phone.
or why, this happened in a normal unlock procedure (usin g ver 041). ive done several atd and atb versions of rm-147 even since 4 or 5 versions before that turn pm form rm-147 to rm-146 during unlock, and all all ok some easy and some after few attempts or upgrades, but this never happened before.
could that be happening with this verision, cause in that case i should make always a backup with jaf before unlocking?
