6280 can not turn on in test mode

I have installed my new bb5 box successfully, i tried to unlock 3 pieses 6280 ( with spansion chip ), after 20 times the first one didnt want to unlock,I tried the second and the same( cannt make test point ) .i think it was a conflict with microscope because when it asked for microscope i clicked on the name of my microscope then the software diappeared. i read in this forum a guy said he solved this problem with disabeling all settings. so i did what he said, as result i got a phone that can not be turn on on test mode and cannot write pm308 and lost all the data in the phone. please any solution.
