tried power up blue light flash but nothing on screen i read all about user code but there is no user code when i boot normsll it ask me start up without sim? cable is brand new used twice been working fine

make shore red vcc is right and bsi yellow is right also to try to read without vcc and bsi put battery in fone and just use cable to botton i mean test point cable and press info see if the fone reads if the fone reads cheack vcc and bsi clips on cable to make shore its still connected ok

Also, Make sure USB cable is shorter than 1~meter. Make sure there is no Grit on System connector and Red is to + and Yellow is to Data terminal NOT negative.

I find using an elastic band to hold the RJ45 connector to the box helps, cause it does slide around a bit.
