i have a problem in activating my box.when i try to activate it says
Authenticate with support server
cannot connect to activation server
please check your internet connection.
Please help me.

Hi,

Same here, in this forum they say that the BB5 Box project is dead. I don't know if it's true, but my reseller tries to get in touch with the BB5Box team for a month without success.
