bb5 box dead

i have a problem in my box ,just the power light is on

may be driver problem all bb5 box driver remove again setup driver @ try to update your box...

Remove all driver any samrt card (Infinity.UST Pro II.Cruiser )
after remove setup drive BB5-Box .

Hi,

Contact your reseller, he will give you a very good support, i am sure about this.

He will change your box if it is in warranty period of 6 months.
Or he will charge you only for hardware + delivery and you can have a new box.

Try removing ALL BOXES from your computer, Restart the computer, then only plug BB5Box in. If it does not respond after driver update, Contact reseller for warranty. Only Solution.
