BB5 Box "Please connect testpoints" problem




First let me say this is the second BB5 Box that i am having this problem with.


I have had this problem with the fist box and didn't get it solve which is why i bought a second and still i am having the same problem.

Now I followed the instruction manual very carefully but whenever I try to unlock any BB5 phone it reads the phone and everything, ask to choose the chip type and all but I keep getting an end result like the one below (6280 used in this e.g.)

Now at this point I connect the test point carefully and press the button on the data cable BUT NOTHING HAPPENS!

The next line after I press the button on the i guest should be:
"Testpoints connected OK"

But I have never seen that in any of my log when trying to unlock any bb5 phone.
It just stay at "Please connect testpoints" and keep making that repeating sound No matter how many times I connect testpoint and press and hold the that button on the Data cable.

I will remind you that I have this very same problem with both boxes and I have tested it with 3 (three) brand new testpoint cables which all works well with Dejan BB5 box.

What could be the problem?
Please help me resolve this problem.

Maybe ur TP cable is damaged check it
