Bb5 Box Problem - GSM-Forum

I have a problem with my BB5BOX. It look work normally.
It can read Read Phone Info, can Read & Write PM308. But when I try to unlock the phone, testpoint connecting otomatically, process unlock running, and unlock failed. This happen to every phone. And then I borrow BB5BOX from my friend, and try to unlock with my cable. It runs successfully.
So I'm sure it's box damage.

Anybody know which damage part?

anybody can help? It happened to me twice. The first still have a guarantie and can be changed with new box from the reseller, and the second time have no guarantie anymore.

Hi Help Please I Upgrade My Box With New Version 17 But It Dosn`t Ask For Testpoint I Does Eveything Alone And Never Unlock I Have Config To Delay Until Push Boton But It Doesn`t Stop Help

Hi,

First contact your reseller and ask for replace.
If happen that reseller refuse this, then post here reseller name and your bb5box serial number and i will solve your problem.
