men can you please explain it clearly...when i use the new software ver 027 it need to attach a microscope unfortunately i dont have it yet i try to cancel it and the software cannot continue and eror at the end how can we mange to continue with out a usbmicroscope? thank you very much for your time.

you are wrong !
if you conect directely both in usb computer, BB5 box is not recognised
but if conect microscope via HUB and the box directly to USB PC IT real WORKS !
so tell the real truth to the BB5 box users !

I beg to diffier guys, some ppl (and me) are having problems with BB5 box and microscope, even on new PC's, on board USB, or external hub with power supply, still have problems. Please read on here

I still have not found a 100 % solution to this, but i use the microscope on my laptop and BB5 box on the PC! :P

I think this is the best solution, but i think also product supporter have to look a solution also between this. To be recognice in the same computer.

I think yes, there will be confliction if u attached the mic just on other usb port or before the bb5 box, so use the hub of the bb5 box to be attached both in the same time..all will be ok, tested 100%....

bb5 microscope comes to me in pices like everyone else have received by DHL....but 3 nuts for down metal plate do not fit with holes...holes are bigger...and do not have flat head...just to inform you..."small" problem but extra efforts needed to be solved...

When i connect the microscope my pc ask me for some drivers, so i download the drivers for this forum, but are corructed...
What can i do... I have the BB5 Microscope i cant use it...
