Conection Problem with 5200/5300/6300 - GSM-Forum

Hello people,

I´m having some problem with somes 5200/5300/6300 when i connect th phone to BB5 Box, the phone put in TEST MODE and the BB5Box can´t detect the phone...

What can i do???

make file system format and factory setting
then try agian and told me what theenn

try to remove Fuse, chant the fuse and try it, it resolve your problem

downgrade to ver 0.38 that will resloved you problem ok

hi all had the same prob with 6300 what i did re updated the firmware then connected with out the earth and it unlocked the phone no prob
