bro,e62 came on my shop for country code unlock .when i open ,ic sheld is not on board ,<i think already try for unlock on it>.i see tp on board it,s normal demege but set is working proper .i try again very carefully but < after 5th try messege show ,,,ERROR: Cannot detect phone on FBUS interface,,,,,,,,>i disconnect phone and attach but same error show<ERROR: Cannot detect phone on FBUS interface>disconnect device and attach but same .i try for attach many time but no attach
it is all story.now plssssssssss help

I think that you damege the ic balls, and now their are doing one short circuito, and the phone doesnt work, try to see if the ball are good

brother see with microscope cpu points are not touching each other... or ok
or broken...?
