hello my bb5box not working on the 3 computer not working.

ALWAYS ERROR: 20010002

Cannot connect to bb5box fbus Subsystem

Please Help me

hello,
plz read this thread here carefully and try all described there, in case not work contact www.gsm-traders.com the technical person there is Nlogomaster (same nick here in forum as well) and they can exchange u the hardware. If box purchased from manole, dani or raskal or gsmtraders the exchange is free you only need pay shiping costs, if the box is form another reseller, you must pay 25 euro plus delivery for the exchange.

Pacholik, let me ask u something, have u another box whit smart card like bb5box?
i had the same problem with the ERROR: 20010002. but i think it was an incompatibility whit my polarbox2(alcatel), i try in another pc with no smart card previous instalations, and it work... julio05

I change system and computer. This is HW problem.
