solution for bb5box error can not connect to bb5 box fbus subsystem , cause driver not properly installed ,solution
click my computer with right side button of mouse,go to manage,device manager,then universal serial bus controller then click bb5box with right side of a mouse to update drivers ,that's it ,please do manual location of the drivers to the source saved

tested 100% solution
