Error: can not detect phone on fbus interface


Hi support...just started with bb5box but its giving error.

1. changed all usb cable
2. changed 4 different vergin pc
3. bb5box update ok
4. box connection with sw ok
5. tryed to reset eeprom but not connecting in mprog
6. tryed 7.5k resistor between two wires.
7. repeated procedure 100 times.
8. install and uninstall drivers in each systems.

what the hell is problem ..anything other practice left?

hoping for good and fast support...thanks to gorr for support but still not able to set problem

is it with all phones or just with one pic?
phone anyway connected to box turns on?
because i had ome 6280 with this problem but it had a fault and even if powered on and in test mode box could not see it. because of fault i used it for other things..

i have changed all cable new usb kable new rj45 cable.... i have problem witch this fbus conect...

Problem is with n5300...not checked other phones with this box...

todays effort.

1. applied direct power connection from nokia battery.

2. change diff. ground location.

3. phone entering test mode now...but still bloody fbus interface not found

Anyone else from support?

read manual .there is no ground connection during reading .

try to make factory reset first, before you use the BB5Box

hey i got a 5300 with similar prob today. i unlock many but this rm 146 ver 3.92 is not being detected by fbus. phone is ok.

what other solution can be proposed?

can be detected by ordinary usb cable and pc because some times usb conectors are dirty

power the phone , make factory defaults direct with phone and then use the BB5Box!

i just check usb connection of phone; its a complete mess up. somebody try to repair something there. now its is almost impossible to change it as the sloder on board has been removed. is there any other place i can take connection now?
