BB5 experts, i need a hand to troubleshooting this, see end of log the error message and pls suggest possible solution.

appreciate any help.

Your phone have some damages in SP area, look yellow texts. Almost sure ASK/RPL needed for this phone before to be able to unlock.

Thanks mate for your supportive info. Frankly, since I am new to deal with ASK/RPL, what procedures to follow to fix this 6288? Do you have any guide that may help me in this?

what kind of ur flashing tool mt / jaf / ub
and he will help u

If you using JAF/MT/UFS or any other nokia flashing tool, Please post the log to findout more information on your phone.

I'm away from the shop/outlet, but my secretary used MT-Box and read info from the handset. She then told me it's a 6280 as i posted earlier. Pls someone help.

question: 1. whats different of ASK and RPL files?
2. how they (ask/rpl) are used to fix this phone?
3. can someone share suitable file for rpl write to this 6280 pls?

info: currently when sim card is inserted, phone dont detect it. just give me a hint how to solve this problem pls.

brothers i unlock more then 10 pcs of 6280 spansion and all is ok its very easy just be relax and pray before you unlock first pcs

i sort it out.
i reboot the pc and disconnect the phone each time unlocking fail, after few tries unlocking succefull.
