| i am unable to reset box usage hi , my box is saying check you internet connection when ever i try to reset box usege. can someone help me with a solution ?br |

| Hello! I’m having problem with my BB5 BOX. Cant do any update, reset usage etc. I had that box for some time and it was fine until now. Version 042 wont start, so I have to use v041 but then box says: “Box Firmware 20 required! Please update your box!” my current firmware is 21. Log below – please help !!! Read BB5 Box serial number ... Authenticate with support server ... Cannot connect to activation server Please check your internet connection Box SN: BB5030D3 Box Activated Box usage: 9% Box firmware version: 21 Reseller: unikgsm Regards. |
