I can't update the firmware - GSM-Forum

Hi,
I have my bb5 box working but i can't update the firmware. I update software to version 0.0.3.7 and when I open box software it says i need to update firmare. When i try it gives this error:

Read BB5 Box serial number ...
Authenticate with support server ...
Cannot connect to activation server
Please check your internet connection

I try in 2 PCs with diferent internet provider. In my pc i open the port 8851 in the router and desactiveted xp firewall and antivirus.
Pelase help cant work with box.
please tell what ip box is using for update (***)

PS: I have a Cruiser box and no problem to conect to servers

What is your bb5box serial number?
Need serial to chk in server.

Serial number of my bb5box is BB50259A. I really need very much update firmware. Waiting for your answer. Thanks a lot again.
