n95 contact service - GSM-Forum

Hi! I have contact service in a n95 from a *******r. Please help!!!, when I power on the phone say NOKIA... then ... "Phone start-up failed. Contact the retailer"
I already flash a good pm but in many opportunities give me a error
"Failed" but the flash (of the pm) continue.
What can I do?
The problem start when im trying to unlock the phone (like the old school) with the TP and bb5box by manole.I failed the TP and when I try to write the PM backup the phone give me a error. After I try to power on the phone and that when I realized of the "contact service"
any solution?

Write RPL and Good Pm ........

mate, when I write the pm give me errors many time in the process and I don't have more credits to get a rpl

any idea?

No other options friend, RPL and PM write only way to fix.

Flash your phone with highest available version... then downgarde it.....

Some times downgrading can solve contact service, if the problem still exists then find a good PM or read it from a working phone. After this you might need RPL?use SX4 to authorise PM to phone

Board don't have any component damage?
I Think is not Software Problem but you only
resolve this with RPL.

1-Full Flash
2-Write Pm (with UB)
3-Unlock with UB

sorry I lost the logs because I repair the phone yesterday.
If anybody have the same problem , test this solution and post logs

make sx4 and good pm by jaf and test ok or not (not need rpl).

USE mt and send 35xxxxxx.pm use sx4 and mark Resource 01.20 and 135.9
