problem after unlocking 6280 - GSM-Forum

i have noticed on few 6280 after unlock it become camera standby or galary problem.. first time didnt belive customers but now i think theres could be any problem on my unlocking...

i always use nokia charger with my box... is there any problem????

or anybody else got this problem also????

i think before you unlock that unit it has the problem already,coz for me unlocking bb5 phones never encountered that kind of problem

I ve unlocked one 6280 3G 2 days ago , not encountered such problem.

i wont ask if i didnt had the exact same problem on more then 5pcs.. i m not saying its BB5 Box fault. just thinking can it be my box fault??? coz i m confused to ask for replace on such kina problem...

or its becoz i m using nokia charger??

I think, That becomes from flex or connector disbalance
otherwise the problem can not create after unlocking....

dear @tusher@ why you using charger on your box.Its unnecessary.No need to charger or extra voled while unlocking with BB5 box.Hope you understand.

Try not use charger, then may be your customers will not have so many dirty pictures in gallery

Just use w/o charger.

I had the same problem with 3pcs N6280 after unlock with BB5Box without charger. I dont know solution on this camera problem. Know somebody how to solve this problem? Thx

I think you guys should test the phones before unlocking them to see if camera works or not. Don't jump to conclusions. After unlocking again test the phone's functions and then see if the process has caused harm. I've not had such problems on 6280 ever. You might be accidentally damaging the flex cable and causing the problem.

100% flex cable..

This part is really **** in 6280 and breaks all the time...

Wife has one right now that wont take pictures when slide is open but works fine with slide closed.

That ribbon is rubbish, have seen numerous with bad ribbon..

I have also got same prob in my 6280 after unlocking.Camera operation failed.I also have checked by putting my board into ok case and ribbon but problem is in board.Before unlock camera was ok.Is it possible that during unlocking with tp camera piont damaged on cpu by putting wrong tp ??

I TRIED 6280 500 TIMES AND THEN UNLOCKED AFTER SW UPDATE POINTS WERE ALMOST DAMAGED

gallery and camera operation failed problems can be solved whit full factory via jaf.
if not solve change flex.
