sir i want to update my box firmware but i always get this error :Read BB5 Box serial number ...Authenticate with support server ...Cannot connect to activation serverPlease check your internet connectionbut my internet connection is perfect . wts wrong with it , plz let me know , wt 2 do ?????????/
