i think people already know that first backup then try

i made that in 6300 ATD but not sucesefull unlock try many tricks and nothing tricks like u'id and mt.

its more safe to do backup of RPL and PM 1st.

bb5box not care for RPL only PM 308 NO NEED..

BB5 Software make automaticaly backup of PM 308.
The other informations in RPL backup made by an flasher software is about Flash Certificates.
There is almost NOT any chance to destroy this Flash certificates by FBUS commands (BB5 Software working only by FBUS commands), so in my personal opinion is a waste of time to make backup with flasher softwares.
Also, there is almost no chances that other PM Fields to be destroyed when use BB5 box software, so backup of PM 308 who is automaticaly made by BB5 Box software will be enough in almost all cases.

I use "free dejan software" for backup, work fine for me, its safety

This software make EXACTLY same backup as BB5 Box software do ... Only PM area, not make anything more, like RPL Flash Certificates ... You are wasting your time, multiply this time with your unlocked phones, and better go drink some beers in that time ...

the RPL Flash Certificates backup is necesary when u make downgrade,if u dont make it u can have some problems

I always prefer to take bkp of 308 pm and rpl before unlocking/flashing. Prevention is better than cure.
