If TP on RAP IC is destroied, there is almost 100% chances that this phone will no more power up!
So, test first if phone is still working ...

You can clean RAP pins. Using alcohool and/or ultrasonic bath method. Best will be to put alcohol in ultrasonic bath. This will disolve soldering paste and ultrasonig will remove from there.

If you destroy pins there aren't any possibility to unlock this phone.

who destroy tp pins you can desolder ic flash and solder wire then solder falsh and used it
how to know which point clk and data
this simple in 6280 you can show desolder ic flash in manual uid or get another phone and test tp pin on rap and in point ic flash by multimeter
may be help you only by this method now i think

Absolutely right, for desolder flash and put wire and resolder and unlock you need to loose a lot of time whit risk to destroy the phone, better you give back to customer and relax whit coffee.

perhaps that person is not that skillful to be able to desolder and resolder the RAP .. that's why he returned to customer. :-)
