whats wrong with support you guys


after 2 months now im waiting to get a replacement of my box
i got a box that is not working
so my resseller wil not take it back till you raskal send him a replacement as you told him

i find it realy BAD that when we buy now already 7 boxes when 1 is not working you dont hear any thing of you guys

me and manole tryed everything to fix the box but its not working
but raskal its your reseller so you need to fix it

he told you more then 6 weeks ago and you told him you going to send him a replacment

talk to him because price dropt 50% of the box already
