Why my bb5box is

Read BB5 Box serial number ...
Authenticate with support server ...
Serial Number BB5xxxxx disabled for reset
Please email your problem at [email protected]

My reseller is multicom POLAND

IT IS NO FERR !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i have same problem, i think that support need give us explication.

i think that it is posible but in my case counter for tp is posible reset but counter for bb5king can not reset. i read in any post that raskal down server no remember the post.
