can some body give detail info to make usb cable to format spedtrum cpu........................

i have set with spedtrum cpu of sc6600....................its

rx-11

tx-13

gnd-7,10,17

vcc-4

i have schematic of the cable atached here but i cant understand how to make cable pls guide me in detail ................

the connecter cherger of v3 connect five wire open the set and connect it to rx px ground and open the setup of se tool and join the five pin cable of 6300 and aouto fine of five pin and set pick up rx px then format it w
