MC-Tool "auth failed" - GSM-Forum

Hi all!
Even haven't tried this box in work, I got "auth failed" error on programm startup, what is the problem? I installed fully new WinXP, specially for this box, an got same problem, what should I do, Any solutions or comments?

change your pc language to english and try again
