Can you please make a better system for SE code levels?

I'm getting a little tired of paying twice for SE codes.

It has happened around 5 times now that customer says they need e.g NCK lock. But when they get the code, it turns out that they needed NSCK instead/also. That means that I have to pay full price again just to get correct codes... Since i'm running a serious business i won't demand that customer pays full price again because of a simple error like that.

I know i can order more than one level codes from the start, but since it's not necesssary 95% of the time, it think that is a waste.

So my suggestion is that you make it possible to order extra level codes for phones already submitted before, for only the price difference between 1 and 2 levels (= 3 credits).

One way you can implement this is by using the verify button.. So when people use the verfiy button on SE's, you just return codes for all levels.

So can you please negotiate some with your supplier and get a better solution for cases where phone has already been submitted before? There's really little effort needed, but it will make it much simpler for your customers.

PS: I also think you should add another SE group... Older phones like T630, K700, K750 should be cheaper... DB2020 phones like K800, K810, W580 etc could be in current Group C, and phones before DB2020 should be Group D with a lower price...

I'm sorry but at the beginning our suplier want only to deliver 1 level, we work really HARD to make possible to deliver two level, at the moment I simply never see any SonyEricsson locked on more than 2 level (if you allready see a video proof is welcome to show to our suplier)

So the 2 level Option can be suffisant for people who are not sure if NCK or SPCK

PS : at last I also have same problem with my website selling to "End User" at high price, but I protect me with very clear & clean terms of use..... It's the only way to don't lost money in this business :'(
