Hello,

Does anyone know the correct instructions for inputting the factory NCK unlock code to the Samsung i900?

Thanks

Try to input it the same as to i780:

1. Insert an unaccepted SIM card
2. Enter the pin code to simcard
3. At the top of screen an "exclamation mark" icon will appear
6. Click on "exclamation mark" icon
7. There will appear link "settings" - click on it
8. Virtual keyboard appears on screen with Enter PIN prompt.
9. Enter your 8-digit unlock code.

not tested, but it should work as i900 has WM6.1 platform.

One question what if the SIM card doesn't have a PIN code to launch it?
Will the handset skip this stage and go straight to the screen with the ! icon?

I passed on the instructions to the customer which have worked.
However there is a slight variation which I thought I would post here to ensure that others are getting the correct method.
For your information the customer was locked to the TMN portugal network:

It does not show an exclamation mark, but a lock simbol with the
letters NET; this comes with the following notification:

(translated) "Network lock", and the options: "OK"; "dismiss".

When I press OK, it gives me the virtual keyboard: then I insert the
code and it works.
