f480 Phone freeze code


Hi, I would like to know how to enter the phone freeze code in the phone.

I tried entering it using the #7465625*638* but it says freeze code incorrect.

I have put the imei for verify but I would like to know if there is any other special way

this is a touch screen phone btw.

also when i enter the network code it says network code fail.

I think the codes are wrong.

Customer has taken the phone away now what to do ???

You need to Original SIM Card to enter Unfreeze Code.

I entered those codes the same way with original sim, but it said code fail.

This is code coming directly from Samsung Factory, I double check with suplier and there is no mystake in this code.

the verified code is the same i entered the same code yesterday and it didn't work.
obviously it is not 100%.

I had bought my f480 from ebay. I accidently freeze the phone.
Is there anyway for me to unfreeze the phone without the original SIM card.
It is from t-mobile in UK.

Samsung - Return for Service (Help)

Someone please clarify if a Samsung handset and has entered an incorrect code too many times and the message comes up saying "Return for Service" is this the same as Phone Freeze?

If so does someone know the correct procedure for entering the unfreeze code you get from UnlockBase into a Samsung U600?

I have a customer who entered the unlock code provided by unlockbase and he said thatit has locked out his handset and it is now displaying the message above. He followed the correct instructions for input too as far as I can tell.

I have asked him to enter the unfreeze code too but this doesn't seem to be working on the handset so I wanted to check the correct method of input for a Samsung U600.

I've got the same problem with Samsung F480. After entering unlock code #7465625*638*79497184# phone display message "Deactivation Failed".

I've sent codes for verify and they were verified before monent but came the same codes....

It seems that there is some bigger problem with unlocking F480 phones... What should I do now?

Now when I switch on phone with unaccepted simcard, phone displays
"Phone freeze contact network provider".

I've entered then accepted SIMCARD, switched on phone and then entered
unfeeze code #7465625*638*93606420#.

Phone displayed "This phone is freeze. Deactivation failed"

What should I do now?

Hi,

Exactly the same problem. The unfreeze code that came from Samsung seems to be a right code but unable to be accepted by the phone.
Put an accepted sim card, enter dial mode, enter code and the the message "this phone is freeze phone desactivation fail".

I begin to believe that there is a problem in the manipulation of the phone when trying to unlock or unfreeze it.

Tomorrow, I'm going to take the phone to a phone shop specialist in unlocking. If any news, I will post it on this topic.

This phone can be unfreezed by Kulankendi server, 100% tested.
