Delivery Time - GSM-Forum

Hi,
On 07/30/2008 I order a code for a samsung F400 on ORANGE FRANCE network (1 to 5 hours) normaly and today 08/05/2008 I didn't receive the code as yet.
Is there any probleme with IMEI or SERVER ? Or F400 is not supported ?

Orange Network, I have maybe a bad news, maybe the suplier is in holliday until the 20 August, but I'm not 100% sure, we'll get the answer tomorrow.
